A well-travelled Englishman, Samuel Micheal James Butler uses his interesting and varied past as inspiration for his music. His themes of love, pain and life are influenced by a Country Americana style which enable him to tell hard hitting stories with his lyrics. One not to often tell his story, he leaves an audience wanting to know more. After a long military career, Samuel is now focussing on his music and he sings with raw emotion and natural ability.
