Formed in SE London, The Draize brings a soundscape that blends jangly guitar tones, distorted and fuzzy guitar riffs, atmospheric drums, and melodic bass lines. Inspired by indie music, post-punk and shoegaze, The Draize draws inspiration from the eclectic sounds of the ’80s and ’90s alternative rock, creating a sound that feels nostalgic but fresh. The jangly guitars add a shimmering brightness to their tracks, while the distorted, fuzzy guitar tones inject a gritty edge, forming a perfect juxtaposition that defines the sound.
