Today’s Artist Of The Day is the band The Racketeers

ABOUT: a garage rock act originally formed in Leeds. We formed at university in late 2016 and since then have built a loyal following, playing headline slots at venues in Leeds such as the Lending Room and Hyde Park Book Club.

The Racketeers are excited to announce the release of their latest single following their
album ‘Toothache’ in 2020. ‘Ghost Town’ marks the debut of saxophonist Andrew Berry, the
band’s newest member, who brings a new jazz infused dimension to their garage rock
sound.

To mark the release of Ghost Town, their newest single, The Racketeers will headline a
special London gig, organised by HOT VOX. Situated in the heart of Hoxton Square, Hoxton
Underbelly is the effortlessly quirky stomping ground for those that love live music. Every
week this venue plays host to some of the freshest artists on the HOT VOX roster.
