AT ACKLAM // Bought it for the bottle

Acklam Village Market is one of West London’s true gems. Tucked away just off the world-famous Portobello Road Market, you’ll find a fun festival atmosphere every single weekend.

Acklam Village Market is a feast for the senses, with a diverse range of street food from across the globe, including some mouthwatering vegan offerings, craft beer, creative cocktails and organic ciders from Bay 52 bar, as well as live music performances every hour on the hour! With all that going on, we feel it’s our duty to tell you what’s going on AT ACKLAM this weekend…

This weekend we have Bought it for the Bottle taking to the stage AT ACKLAM

After meeting at secondary school in Berkshire, Liam, Jack, Bradley and Chris have been playing music together for years. Bought it for the Bottle (BIFTB) formed in early 2018, and the group dived head first into the UK indie rock scene. The band has steadily built up a loyal fan base, following the release of two self-produced singles a Lockdown EP and a string of live appearances. Citing musical influences ranging from Paramore, Catfish and the Bottlemen, to Coin and The Night Cafe, AMPLIFY wrote of Bought It for the Bottle, “This is an emerging band to keep your ear on. Their work is thoughtful and radiates charm”. BIFTB are currently putting the finishing touches to a new single, due to be dropped in early October.

So make sure to check out Bought it for the Bottle at 2pm and 5pm this Saturday 26th September AT ACKLAM
