This weekend we have Chasing Deer taking to the stage AT ACKLAM

Chasing Deer have racked up over 1,500 non-stop live performances around the world over the last five years, with an infectious pop/rock stage energy and powerful vocal. Likened to Spandau Ballet, Rick Astley and Hozier, sold-out shows far and wide have included The Royal Albert Hall, The Houses Of Parliament, The NME Awards and singing in Swahili to President Uhuru Kenyatta in Kenya.

Their pioneering approach to Sign Language accessibility in music, has attracted the attention of UK national television, newspapers and radio. Chasing Deer has featured in the Metro Newspaper, on Sky News, BBC 2 and London Live TV. The band devised and curated the world’s first fully accessible SOFAR Sounds show and were crowned ‘Winners of the Soundwaves Music Competition 2019’, which featured 1000 national competitors.

Chasing Deer were honoured to write the Pride in London single ‘unstoppable’, launched to 10,000 people in London’s Trafalgar Square. The song was chosen for the ‘Out Now’ Spotify official playlist and was supported by both BBC Radio London and BBC Introducing’s radio shows.

The band kicked off 2020 with a tour of the UK, Europe and LA, for their ‘Bad Decisions’ single release.
