I Within are a three piece heavy rock band from south east UK.

Incorporating a mix of blisteringly heavy riffs and soaring vocal melodies, the band represent the downtrodden misfits of today’s youth. Drawing influence from American Arena Rock bands such as Breaking Benjamin and Seether, I Within bring a new level of song craftsmanship to the British rock scene, and their incendiary live shows have already set their local scene alight.
