So here at Hot Vox we’re slowing things down and really taking the time to check out one of our favourite acts.

Today we do a Deep Dive ino Tara Flanagan.

Tara is a brilliantly talented singer with a unique punchy pop sound, which effortlessly pairs with passionate vocals and emotive lyrics, often fused with thriving electronic backlines, making for a captivating, energetic performance. Hailing from the sunny shores of Poole, she is now based in London.

The pop artist, of Irish and Filipino descent, is proud to be an annual performer at the London Barrio Fiesta. Known as the biggest Filipino Festival in Europe, Tara has often performed to approximately 20,000 people as part of this event—which was also televised by the Filipino TV station ABS-CBN.

Flanagan’s newest single, “EGOCENTRIC,” is the last installment of her new EP entitled LOVE AND HATE STATE OF MIND, which Tara is thrilled to release on Friday, 1.12.23. On this track, her sultry vocals effortlessly combine with sassy lyricism, and she revealed that is perhaps “the most blatantly honest” she has been in a song. She is ecstatic to perform this track, alongside other new music, at her upcoming show this Wednesday.

Tara Flanagan will be headlining at Tooting Tram & Social on the 6th of December.
