Today’s Future Icon is The Pixel Rain 

Emerging from the South-East London underground scene, The Pixel Rain released their first EP in 2023, creating a dark but energetic sound, compelling you to explore its universe further. The heavy industrial drums, electronic basses, new wave synths, and post-punk guitars combine with deep, forboding vocals to create an intense sound. The lyrics play with the dark side of modern society and foreshadow what is yet to come as we approach end times.

The Pixel Rain are inspired by the industrial edge of bands like Nine Inch Nails and Rammstein, the synth-pop vibes of Depeche Mode and New Order, and the post-punk ethic of Joy Division.
