THE ISLAS

Everyone loves to say they were a fan of ‘insert artist name here’ before they were famous, right? Well, if that’s the case then ‘Heard it Hear First’, terrible pun aside, is your go to destination to discover your new favourite act and keep up to date with the latest and most exciting emerging artists currently on the scene.

Today you can say you heard ‘OBLIVION’ by THE ISLAS here first!

Formed in Norwich and now based in London, THE ISLAS make melodic indie rock driven by jangling guitars, atmospheric builds and soaring choruses. The band have released the EPs Oblivion and Youth, reached Number One on Amazing Radio, earned editorial playlist support and landed TV syncs including BT Sport and Made in Chelsea. After a pause following their EP Youth in 2024, THE ISLAS are playing together again and shaping new music for a planned 2027 record.
