Archie Shuttler has performed in many bands under many pseudonyms for the last fifteen years. In 2019 he took the radical step – for him – of performing under his own name. Since then he’s released an album a year of more introspective and personal songs, maintaining the humour and wordplay of his previous acts but setting it to the alt-folk territory of sad cowboys such as Bill Callahan, Bonnie Prince Billy and Silver Jews.
