realities of a toxic relationship that is built on money and materials.The 23 year old Newcastle native
Xavier wrote the lyrics from the perspective that he was the second party in the toxic relationship
and finally realising his worth and that he has tried everything in his power to save it but needs to
protect himself and his energy. The record takes the listener on a journey with the intro outlining the
issues in the relationship and the middle section of the verse outlining everything that he has done
to save their relationship. Then eventually concluding the story in the bridge and the chorus where
he realises his worth and finally realises that no matter how beautiful his woman is her toxicity over
shadows it all.
