‘Call it a Day’ is for anyone getting out of a toxic relationship. Although you could say it’s an Indie Pop tune by definition, when I wrote it I was influenced by a lot of Pop Punk and I feel a lot of that raw energy and emotion comes out in the record. Big shoutouts to my live band The Well-Behaved Young Men for helping bring the song to life in the studio.
