Today’s One To Watch is ‘Malibu’ by Jude Todd

Jude Todd is a Franco British indie pop artist inspired by the likes of The Strokes, Rex Orange County, BENEE, Easylife…

His love for music kicked off early, spending a lot of time listening to his dad’s cassettes of Oasis and Blur on the road to school.

In 2020, he met two musicians & started spending time in the studio mixing up different genres they love (80’s, britpop, lo-fi)

Since, the 3 lads have released a bunch of songs and their 1st EP “life on the riviera” (Oct 2022). BBC Radio Introducing chose the songs “Regular Guy” & “West Coast” as their “Tracks of the Week”

His latest releases, “peanut butter” and “malibu” are the start of a new EP which will be released in 2024.
