Lexi is an R&B and soul singer-songwriter from Chicago. From an early age, her evocative and powerful voice, combined with charismatic yet real energy and multidimensional musical talent, has caught the attention of music industry leaders, landing her on stages and records and fostering her passion for writing music and singing from the heart.

The talented artist identifies as an activist for civil rights, gender equality and black culture, which can be heard throughout her music. Lexi currently resides in London where she is has just finished her Master in Songwriting at the prestigious Institute of Contemporary Music Performance.

With a star sign in Libra, finding balance is inevitable. The importance of not just falling in love, but falling into healthy love means more to me as I get older. In today’s pop culture, we see consistency in men and women tearing each other down. Specifically in today’s Hip-Hop and RnB, it’s easier to talk about the toxicity and point fingers, often forgetting to celebrate the beauty in healthy, mature and honest relationships. Balance is a letter with my current understanding of love and despite all hardship, there’s healthy communication. It’s important to recognize those actions go beyond just us.  That this person is pure inside and outside of our relationship. It’s hard not to question how I got here, but the answers come from living in the moment and enjoying new mature love experiences for what they are
